Excelente atendimento, e percebi cuidado no atendimento. Atendeu ao básico.

This review does not reflect my opinion on any other location but the one in Guarulhos airport. The car given to me was in poor condition with a bad tire and door that did not lock.My contract was renewed weekly with the set rate until they unilaterally decide to "migrate my contract to monthly and charge a lot more and review all the kilometers that was supposed to be unlimited to begin with. Amanda was belligerent and condescending to say the least. She just kept repeating over me that this is protocol and contracts that reach a month are automatically migrated to monthly and kilometers are no longer free.I was never informed of this "protocol" but that was irrelevant to Amanda and the other staff who I spoke with.
